As a parent or caregiver, when you are first starting to feed your children more plant-based/vegan/vegetarian foods, it can become overwhelming. If the kids aren’t used to plant-foods, “love their meat”, or are a “stubborn teenager”, you may feel like you are stuck making two suppers every night, or like you have to give up on the idea of eating plant-based foods for yourself just to stop the complaints.
Preparing plant-based meals for the entire family to enjoy doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your time in the kitchen playing personal chef, nor does it mean you have to sacrifice your sanity.
Check out my latest interview with CTV Winnipeg Morning Live to learn some ways you can get your kids eating more plant-based foods that they will be happy to try no matter their age.
This interview was recorded at The Fresh Carrot -which is a great place to get specialty vegan foods if you are having a hard time finding specific ingredients from any fancy recipes 🙂
